Straight-A U of Otago student with superb references seeks quiet, furnished accommodation for the first 1/2 of 2007.

I'm happy to discuss a trade situation involving pet care, gardening, and other domestic duties.

I only have 3 living requirements:
1. I need my own bedroom (unless you're super cute and don't snore! Haha)
2. I need a FAST internet connection.
3. I need to be within walking distance (or a bus ride away) from the university--unless you're able to give me a lift every day in your car, in which case I would happily contribute petrol money. :-)

Other than those 3 points, I'm flexible!
