A friend told me to pick up the "Drive Thru New Zealand" DVD, which I will, but the major issue addressed by this post is to see if there are many surfers in this group and if so, how is the surfing lifestyle in NZ? Are there any "surf communities" or "surf cities?" Also, what do you make of the statement that I often receive "Oh, theres a ton of sharks down there too man."
